Mucha Tie Guan Yin Tea Bubbles are born from the metamorphosis of the fired wulong tea "Tie Guan Yin," otherwise known as the Iron Goddess of Mercy. Masterfully sculpted by Lao, this creation reveals a delicate, slightly oily nectar. On the nose, an intense bouquet of raw cocoa mingles with subtle hints of tangerine. On the palate, an invigorating citrus attack is skilfully combined with distinct toasted notes, giving way to a slight astringency reminiscent of red grape skin.
